Most wellness stays end at checkout. Minor Hotels wants yours to follow you.
Minor Hotels have now presented Life Longevity, a new wellness brand that will connect resorts, city clinics and residences in the future. It is not the treatments that are new but that your health check and treatment plan is supposed to follow you when you move between locations. Two locations currently exist in Thailand: Layan Life at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort and Bangkok Life at The St. Regis Bangkok.

What is Life Longevity?
Minor Hotels says that Life Longevity is “one wellness brand for every season of life” and based on clinical medicine, complementary medicine and the hospitality sector. There will be three different formats, resort, city and residence. Each visit is supposed to begin with a consultation and life analysis as well as diagnostics which they claim makes it different from other spas within hotels. When you leave one location your journey should continue when you arrive at another. So if you spend a week in Phuket and then visit Bangkok the next morning you’ll be picked up where you left off.
Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO at Minor International, says what sets Life Longevity apart is continuity, that guests will be met by people who already know them.
You can choose to join Circle of Life and receive regular follow ups from your treatment team. As well as a personal health journal digitally and access to all Life Longevity locations. La Revue des Hôtels have taken a look at their website and found that a yearly membership to Layan Life costs either THB 500,000 (about $14,800) or THB 1,000,000 (about $29,600) and covers up to 4 people. Currently there is only information about Thailand on their website.
They believe in their brand because of their Travel Trends Report 2026 where 44% said they wanted to incorporate more wellness into their travels.
Where can I go today?
The flagship is Layan Life by Anantara, which opened in October 2024 inside Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. They are a longevity retreat and what’s closest to a wellness retreat in Thailand by Minor Hotels. Spread over 2 floors you’ll find 1,767 square meters of space to enjoy. Consultation rooms, cryo, hyperbaric, IV lounge, salt sauna and cold and warm pool are just some of what they offer. The complementary medicine here is rooted in Traditional Thai Medicine. 76 rooms, suites and villas are available to enjoy.

Bangkok Life Longevity & Biohacking Hub will be their first city location. Located at The St. Regis Bangkok on Rajadamri Road they will open during autumn 2026. No further information about when it will open. On Bangkok Life’s website you can see prices and book. 16,000 square feet will be available over 2 floors. They offer biohacking lab, aesthetic clinic, IV lounge, cryo, hyperbaric, hammam and hydrotherapy. If you’re a day guest you can enjoy the facilities from 10 am to 10 pm. Memberships have access at all times. Minor Hotels calls this the brand’s most clinical expression.

Residences are yet to be decided. We don’t know where or when. Minor Hotels says they have multiple projects in the pipeline for both resorts, city and residences. But have not disclosed where these will be.
Minor Hotels will also be a strategic partner to the Global Wellness Summit. This will take place at Angsana Laguna Phuket from 10 to 13 November 2026.
How much does it cost?
Anantara Layan Phuket Resort is situated on the north west side of Phuket by Layan Beach. About 25 to 30 minutes from the airport. Prices are shown in baht. Dollar figures are approximate, at October 2026 rates. La Revue des Hôtels state that you can stay at Layan Life from THB 35,000 (about $1,040) per person per night. They say that Minor Hotels have disclosed this. If you book the program Longevity for Life you can start from THB 339,500 (about $10,050) per person for a 7 night stay. This includes accommodation and 3 wellness meals a day. At Bangkok Life you will pay per treatment. Cryo starts at THB 3,000 (about $90), IV starts at THB 5,800 (about $170) and Hyperbaric starts at THB 6,500 (about $190).

Layan Life accepts guests from 16 years old. You can join their follow up program Life After Layan which started in 2025. This will allow you to receive medical consultations after 1 month, 3 months and 6 months.
What it all means if you want some sort of measurable effect
If your local spa isn’t working then the concept is understandable. Have one file and one group of practitioners follow you around and not start over every time you check out of your stay. Here is what you currently have. As mentioned before it’s mostly going to come down to paying for a membership which is higher than most people would pay in a year of travelling. Otherwise you will be visiting their retreat in Phuket and using services at their facility in Bangkok.
Their services offered in Bangkok will consist of things such as IVs, chelation, hyperbaric and injections. These services can all be done at a medical clinic so again it’s hard to call it a wellness retreat. Some of these have limited evidence behind them and Bangkok Life states that results may vary and that you will need to see their doctor first.
Final Thoughts
So far we have 2 facilities in Thailand and they have stated there will be more. We will have to wait and see if their idea of keeping a file on each person works and they continue to open up abroad. But until then it’s just another well rounded retreat in Phuket and a clinic opening in Bangkok this fall.
